Prior to treatment, Dr. Bonato will meet with you to determine if you are a candidate for ketamine treatment. This appointment will last approximately 1 hour.
Please bring any recent lab work, notes from your physician or therapist, and a list of your health care providers.
The consultation fee is waived for first responders, healthcare providers, veterans, and new mothers.
Most initial treatments consist of six sessions over two to three weeks. A treatment consists of a shot administered into a muscle, similar to a flu shot. You will be monitored at the clinic for approximately 2 hours per session.
Your symptoms will be monitored during and between your treatment sessions and adjusted accordingly.
Many patients do not need ongoing treatment, while others benefit from a session every 1-4 months.
We are happy to accept HSA/FSA payment. We do not accept insurance but will provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Intramuscular and intravenous ketamine is ”off-label”, so many insurance companies do not reimburse this treatment.
